Lumière Rituals began in a backstage makeup chair where our co-founder and facialist, Margaux, regularly treated models whose skin was tired from constant product layering. She dreamt of a line that restored the skin beneath the looks—a collection that would be coveted by artists yet gentle enough for the everyday wearer.
In parallel, cosmetic chemist Elias was leading R&D for global heritage brands, fascinated by the possibilities of biomimetic ingredients and next-generation encapsulation technologies. The two met at an industry symposium in Paris and quickly realized they shared a desire to build a house of beauty that valued nuance over noise.
Together, they designed Lumière Rituals as a brand that feels like a private appointment: detailed, precise, and always centred on the person in front of them.
